After my old opener failed due to a surge, I contacted Robert, who came out that same night. He gave me an estimate for a new opener. When I called back to place the order, he again was out the same day. 4 days later, the installers came out, and they were wonderful. My new opener is so much better and quieter than my previous one ever was. Highly recommend them if you need help.
